Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Shipping Costs:
- Quality Issues / Wrong Item: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we inspect the return.

Is it safe for my pet?
It complies with basic safety standards for bathroom use. Always supervise baths and rinse thoroughly; consult a vet for pets with allergies.
Is this shower head suitable for all dog breeds?
Yes. It works well for short-hair, medium-hair, and long-hair dogs.
Will the high-pressure mode be too strong for my pet?
The high-pressure jet is intended for cleaning the bathroom or outdoor areas. For your pet, you can select the gentle Shower Spray or Mixed Spray modes.
Can I use it with an outdoor faucet?
Yes. It fits standard G1/2 connections. If your faucet uses a different size, you can use a simple adapter.
Does it clog easily?
No. The silicone nozzles are anti-clog and can be cleaned by simply rubbing them with your fingers.
