At AZ&R PetShower, we typically utilise recognised air freight/courier services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or local postal air services, though the actual carrier may vary depending on the destination and warehouse.This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reputable air express carriers to provide fast and secure delivery to international destinations. All orders are shipped via Air Freight to ensure timely arrival.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders

  • No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout

All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment.Orders are shipped from our China warehouse.

3. Taxes & Duties

  • The price includes customs duties. The merchant does not charge any other taxes. Should any additional taxes arise, they shall be borne by the customer.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Shipping type per region:

  • Standard air freight / tracked shipping –Estimated 7-14 business days to the United Kingdom
  • Standard air freight / tracked shipping – estimated 7-14 business days to the US/EU.
  • Other regions: 7-18 business days

*While we use air express, slight delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather and other force majeure factors. We provide tracking numbers via email immediately after shipment.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (excluding British Forces), United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces).

Orders from unsupported or remote regions will not be accepted at checkout.

Address Changes: Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address. Changes after the package has left our facility may not be possible.
