We specialize in innovative pet care solutions designed to enhance pet well-being. Our current offering is the Pet Bubble Bath Machine, a grooming device that creates gentle, pet-safe bubbles for stress-free baths. 2. Are your products safe for pets?

Yes, safety is our priority. All our products, including the Pet Bubble Bath Machine, are made with non-toxic, pet-friendly materials and our products are designed to meet applicable CE/UL safety standards. Please consult the product manual for details. Features like waterproofing and low-voltage operation ensure safety. 3. How does the Pet Bubble Bath Machine work?

Our flagship product generates foamy bubbles using water and pet-safe shampoo (not included). Detailed instructions and video tutorials are available on our website for easy setup and use.

4. What new products are you planning?

We are expanding our portfolio to include a variety of pet care products, such as grooming brushes, feeding accessories, and wellness tools. While the Pet Bubble Bath Machine is our only product currently, new items are in development and will be announced on our website and newsletter.

5. Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship from our facilities using trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, or local postal services. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
  • Standard air freight / tracked shipping – estimated 7-14 business days to the US/EU.
  • Other regions: 7-18 business days

*All matters are subject to actual circumstances.

*While we use air express, slight delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather and other force majeure factors. We provide tracking numbers via email immediately after shipment.

6. What is your return policy?
