Return & Refund Policy

At AZ&R PetShower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our return and refund process for international orders.

1. Eligibility for Returns (30-Day Policy)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized items
  • Opened consumables (e.g., shampoos, if seal is broken)
  • Products damaged by misuse

2. Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will provide return instructions within 1 business day.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality issues: AZ&R covers the shipping cost.
  • Missing parts: Free replacement or complimentary return/exchange.

  • Personal reason returns: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or the customer pays directly. Gift costs will also be deducted if gifts are not returned.

4. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

5. Refunds

Full Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your order is canceled before shipping.
The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
Your package is lost in transit or never delivered.

Partial Refunds:
If the item is returned due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size/model ordered), return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or the customer pays directly.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If you have not received the item within 15 days, you should contact your bank.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. EU/UK 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the EU/UK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
